Phillip was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and professional. Of course filing bankruptcy was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do, it felt like I was admitting defeat at first. Thankfully, from my first meeting with Phillip he put me at ease and walked me through the entire process. He was always happy to answer my many questions and very patient. I appreciated the fact that he was quick to call me back or respond to my emails or texts during the process. I was always well informed and there were no surprises.
