Whenever you see a 5.0 stars on someone who’s been around a long time and is very good at what they do. It’s suggest that they’ve never had a unhappy client of course that’s not true.. It only shows three reviews and none of our negative. That’s rarely the case it means they were omitted someho w because people almost always complain more than they praise . I hope to leave a great review after speaking with this law firm and this gentleman. Some people may know this already, but you’d be surprised that people who fall for headlines without reading the story. Many times this the truth is found in the body of the story, but whoever picks the title controls what people think it makes it easy to manipulate the masses. What you wanna see is many reviews and something less than 5.0. For example, 400 reviews or 4517 reviews and a 4.8 star rating that would be a good rating not unrated.

Anyone looking for a collection attorney who knows the ins and outs of collecting judgments, needs to contact Michael J Fuller. He is very professional, has 30 plus years experience and does just what he says he will do. Collecting on a judgment from some one who does not wish to pay is challen ging in and on it's own. Having Michael Fuller assist you makes it that much better. His website states that the goal is to get the person to go to bed at night with you on their mind and wake up with you on their mind and he accomplished just that. It is important to note that it is a process and can be a lengthy one at that. Having the patience and the fortitude will always achieve results. Michael went above and beyond to get the judgment debtor backed into a corner so that his only options were to pay. I cannot thank him enough for all of his hard work and his calm demeanor throughout the whole process. Anyone needing to collect a debt, be sure to give him a call and set an appointment. Collecting a percentage of a debt owed is much better than collecting nothing on a debt owed.

Mrs. Lepore has been my attorney during a very difficult divorce. After 3 long years of getting no where, while having another divorce attorney, I was referred to Mrs. Lepore. Choosing the right attorney for you and your case will be one of the most important and difficult decisions that you will make when entering into a divorce. They all claim that they will "represent your best interests" and will "be available to you" when you are trying to find one. However, they do n't all behave the same after you have signed a retainer agreement and given them your money. Unfortunately, I have had to learn this lesson the hard way. Kim Lepore was the forth, and final attorney that I have had to represent me. Previous attorneys I have dealt with have either "been too busy" to return my calls / e-mails, or they simply didn't think that my case was a top priority. What they didn't understand was that I really didn't care about their other cases, I was only concerned with having my business taken care of in an appropriate and timely manner manner. After all, that's what I was paying for. Kim is the first attorney that took the time to really listen to me and understand my case. She stayed on top of my business and kept me informed every step of the way, even when the opposing attorney was trying to drag their feet. She has always returned my calls and e-mails in a timely fashion and has never made me feel as if she had more important cases to take care of than mine. We were steered in the direction of Acosta Law by a former Chapter 13 attorney who no longer practices. Having to file for bankruptcy is a shameful and scary situation, but after 5 minutes with Martin he made us feel comfortable and safe. Acosta Law were true professionals throughout the whole proc ess from the consultation to the hearings to now, and from the receptionist to our para-legal all the way to Martin. Based on my experience with DASPIT LAW FIRM, they should be both embarrassed and ashamed of their incompetence. For a firm that claims to be client-focused, their lack of basic communication, transparency, and professionalism was astonishing. No one notified me my original attorney left; I only learned this after chasing them for answers. Despite disregarding me for months, they had no problem taking more than half my settlement. I went through every proper channel-CAAP, the State Bar of Texas, and the Board of Disciplinary Appeals-only to have my thoroughly documented grievance dismissed as an "inquiry." Evidently, that's what passes for accountability in this system. If you expect even the minimum level of competence or respect from your legal counsel, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

had this firm to represent me las year 2023 of Septemberthe law firm was horrible they got way more money than me. It took them a year and a half just to settle 27,500 on an insurance claim high turnover rate and attorneys. I only walked away with like $8000. they walked away with 12,100 they even go t more money than the medical people I had to pay court cost out of the settlement instead of them making the insurance company pay their court cost. They don’t care about their client. They only care about making their pockets fit Cole McLain was my attorney then I had Cameron torres. He was just as terrible then Jared caps was even worse. This law firm settled last year in 2024, afterwords there were no more updates, I feel like I’ve been chasing down the attorney”s working on my case and now I’m done with wanting them to treat me with respect, I’m d one with chasing down I’m done with all the excuses, trying to reach out to the attorneys trying to get an update. Hired this firm to help with a credit card suit. After paying an exorbitant amount for representation, they accepted a settlement from the plaintiff without our permission. There is no communication. Emails and calls go unanswered. On the rare occasion a response is received, it will be short, irrele vant and uninformative. This firm will take your money and provide nothing in return.
