He did a good job for me. Got a 2-10 year TDC felony dropped to a state jail felony, and had me serve the time in county jail instead of state jail. 120 days down to 40 not bad for me.

We hired Attorney Robnett after doing a lot of research. We found that she had a very "HIGH" dismissal record for her criminal cases. I met her when she was a hearing examiner with Texas Education Agency. Professional, competent and she really cared about our child's case. It was complex and difficul t and she prevailed after several months on the case. She went with her private investigator. THANK GOD she did or our son would have gone to prison for a long time. Had she not gone with the private investigator who did not know nearly as much about the case as Attorney Robnett, the victim of the so called crime would have help to convict my child wrongfully. She believed my son when he said that he did not commit the crime. Most would not have believed him because he was in so much trouble. The victim realized that it was impossible for my son to commit the crime and the victim actually CAME TO COURT so that my son could be free of that charge. If attorney Robnett had not questioned the victim herself in his home, my son would have been gone! Thank the Lord for such a caring and hard working women! She saved my child!! I will never forget her for that!

I was wrongfully charged with shoplifting from Home Depot!! I told Attorney Robnett that I "Absolutely did not do this!!" She believed ma and WENT TO WORK!! I became a bit annoyed because the case was taking a long time. Attorney Robnett explained to me that the prosecution was trying to "wear us do wn," but she was not giving up. Videos were delayed and lies were told from the security officer! Attorney Robnett set the case for a hearing after the prosecutor flately refused to dismiss the ridiculous case!! Attorney Robnett "DID NOT BACK DOWN!!" She fought to the bitter end! Set the case for a hearing and THE CASE WAS DISMISSED!! In fact, he security guard and others had been fired as a result of this debacle!! I would highly recommend this lawyer. She is worth her weight in gold!! Had Evidentiary Hearing granted but was never benched warrant as she said I'd be, she's very good at what she does but it never happened how she said it would so I was never benched warrant and served more time than I should have. Now I'm out after 22 1/2 years, and would like for her to finish wha t she started , so that I can be there physically at the Evidentiary Hearing with her or a new attorney for the Hearing. Just want my families money used the way should've been used

Let me start off by just saying WOW! This man is a beast at what he does. At first the case seemed very unbeatable to me but from the jump once Sina got involved he assured me that everything is going to be okay. Per the title. This guy is very money hungry. Agreed on a payment strategy. He refused to do the work to get an easy walk in the park case thrown out. Per his words it shouldn't have even been charged. Refused to do the things he said like follow up with the DA outside of scheduled court dates. Said I cant work my magic until I'm fully paid. Kept dancing around the full amount that would be paid it was a range from 5 to 10 thousand dollars more based upon all different types of circumstances. Would avoid him like the plague he is sneaky and greedy.

I had no place else to go and Dan was busy but he took my case. He worked me into his schedule. From day one he was upfront with everything. He kept me informed on everything. He gave me suggestions on how to approach things if they did not go the way we expected them to go. Dan is very conscientious , hardworking and thorough on everything he does. Kacie came on to my DWI case in the middle of it after my prior attorney had left the firm. I started this process extremely scared, it was my first offense, but Kacie was always responsive and reassuring. There was a major backlog of cases due to the pandemic, so my overall case went on far longer than it should have but Kacie was also on top of it all. I hired Mr. Chernoff to represent me on a shoplifting charge. (misdemeanor theft, class b) I had never been in trouble before and I didn't understand the process. Mr. Chernoff was patient with me and explained everything in detail. He rarely told me what I wanted to hear, but he always told me wh at I needed to hear. His knowledge and experience are evident. Not sure where to start on this one but long story short I highly suggest hiring Ed Chernoff for your case. 100 percent. In April of 2018 I was charged with a very serious crime and my freedom was hanging on a thread In hind sight I was innocent but it was a very complicated case. There was no easy way to go about it and in the end my case was dismissed This is not the only reason I recommend Ed Chernoff law I recommend Ed for his customer service since the morning after my arrest till the last minute (nearly two years) every single call was returned by Gina and I was able to meet Ed and speak with him over the phone through email and in person many times. I was always treated like client and not a criminal defendant. He handled the case with extreme caution and delicacy because it was a sensitive case with the key witness being a child. Ed knew this from the start and always had my family’s well being in mind. He is a force to be reckoned with in the court room. A no nonsense lawyer with over 30 years experience. He doesn’t fight to get the best deal He fights to win. You need someone who understands the court system on both sides. Someone who will not judge you Someone who has patience. He is strategic tactful and highly respected. Many times lawyers come off as gimmicky or cliche. You will not feel that with Ed. Ed Chernoff reminded me of a Marine Force Recon infantry full bird Colonel. At the same time he is very kind and has empathy for his client. And in the end my case was dismissed. It's hyperbole to say he's the best there is, as I haven't used every lawyer out there. However, I can say confidently you cannot do better than Bill Stradley. People are afraid to call lawyers but if you seriously need a criminal defense lawyer, you should call him right away. He is easy to talk to, explains things well, is responsive to calls, and obviously knows what he's talking about.
