Mr. Patrick is an amazing lawyer to say the least. I was so lost and confused because it was my first time ever going through the legal process. First of all where do I start? I hired Monique the day before court and had only 30 min the next morning at court to go over the evidence and still somehow manage to beat the case with little to no preparation. So based on the performance on that case I had no choice but to hire her for my other cases and in result leaving my other lawyer who was also great but she was not Monique Spark. So my family and came together to get a close relative out of prison. He had already been denied parole and he heard about Monique and the Sparks Firm. We did a zoom and discussed the case. After that they gathered information from us and then it got really quiet. We were afraid we had wasted our mon ey. However, we got a call when we least expected it with an update and informing us where we were in the process. They did let us know they call when they gave updates. Which make sense so we aren’t wasting time. A few months later still submitting and waiting. We were denied once and they kept fighting like the told us they would and BOOM! A few months later he’s getting released from prison. That’s the shirt version. We really like Monique and LaRhonda. He is a good man. I consulted with him this week regarding a mistaken identity and worried if I am getting charged for a criminal offense which I know nothing about. I cannot recommend Nathaniel enough for a criminal defense attorney. My son has had a myriad of mental health issues from his young childhood through now (he’s 20) and was charged with aggravated sexual assault of a minor, where the sentencing can be 5 years to life! Nathaniel worked his butt off t hat resulted in what I think is a right and just decision – a no bill from the grand jury. We had two attorneys prior to Nathaniel – one court-appointed and one paid – and neither worked out. Either his mental health issues were too much to work with, or as his mom, caregiver, and advocate I was a “pain” for the other attorneys. But not for Nathaniel – he answered all my questions, never hesitated to answer the phone when I called, responded to my text messages quickly, and in a nutshell understood how hard this was for my son and our family and showed genuine concern and empathy. This was the worst year of my life living this with my son, and am SO glad I found Nathaniel. I pray I never need him again, but if I would, hands down I’d be calling him right away. Hire him – you won’t regret it.
