I had a very negative experience with this attorney. He initiated contact with me after obtaining my information from a third-party lead service, but spoke in a way that made it seem as though I had already contacted him and that he knew my situation well. This was confusing and misleading from the s tart. Before providing any written agreement or paperwork, he focused on collecting a $5,000 retainer. Communication was poor throughout the case. Just before a court hearing, I was told that unless I sent additional payment, he would not attend. After I paid, he appeared but then failed to inform me of the outcome and became unresponsive for days. He later withdrew from my case without proper notice. I never received a final bill, itemized accounting, refund, or my case file despite repeated requests by email and through my new attorney. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be cautious.

terrible job. he bailed on my case just weeks before going to court because he "didn't have time" for it. feels very unprofessional to me. don't make a commitment to a client and then pull out at the last moment. wish i could give zero stars.

I have had the positive experience of working with Michael Delaney on two different cases. Once for my initial divorce and the other for an emergency injunction to remove my child from a dangerous situation. I had the best experience with Cassandra, she is awesome. She handled my case quickly without no problems. She managed to keep the child support amount receiving at the same amount rather than a reduction. Very professional and always available. Also, always kept me up to date with my case. She takes a very long time to respond and send simple emails. She sends emails with very little information and does not "dot her i's or cross her t's" when vetting clients or communicating with opossing counsel.

Hired this person on a referral from James Hedelston. Biggest mistake of my life. This attorney never spoke to the police officer witness who was previously subpoenad and waiting outside court room. The officer Arrested my ex for a Dwi while the children were in the vehicle . This attorney also never spoke to the person he was run over by my ex while with the children in the vehicle . That person was waiting outside courtroom also on November 2018. This attorney told me that I had to take a settlement of supervise visitation and give my children to the person who has physically emotionally ,financially, and medically abused us For last several years even after my ex was just arrested a few weeks before for domestic assault. . Immediately after saying I should agree she dropped me because I had little money. The very next day 2018 on Facebook she posted how she was looking to give free legal counsel to a family in need. She was stating how she wanted to give back to the community.

I ran into a legal issue with my business about a year ago. Todd was referred to me as a top notch attorney to deal with the issue. After discussing the problem with Todd , he said that he could easily take care of the issue. He was right.
