Saying Jonathan is the best at what he does is an understatement. He’s an amazing attorney who far exceeded all my expectations. You don’t just feel like he’s listening — you know he is. The confidence he gives you, and the way he takes the pressure off your shoulders, is truly remarkable."

Robert D. · bankruptcy ·
We had a very complicated Chapter 11 proposal, despite being an extremely small firm. Julie was very helpful in assisting us to become familiar with and navigate the bankruptcy process. Our outcome was as desired and two years later we are still operating successfully under the terms of our agreement . Thanks Jules!

Scott · business law ·
We hired RJ when he was right out of Law School to review our contracts and legal agreements. We still use most of what he did for us today. RJ is very personable, easy to work with and is very detail oriented. I would recommend him for any legal work in his field.

Mr. Shannon worked as co-counsel for a client who had been defrauded and had over $60,000 taken from him when 1) a bank prematurely wired the client's money to a potential seller of a semi-tractor, and 2) the potential seller refused to return the money. We were able to recover all the money from the potential seller in a civil action, but the client spent $8,000 in attorney's fees to do so. Mr. Shannon successfully persuaded the bank, which improperly transferred the client's money to the potential seller, to reimburse the client for all attorney's fees. It is rare that a client is made completely whole in these circumstances, as the transaction costs of pursuing litigation usually puts a dent in the client's recovery. Mr. Shannon's skill, knowledge, and dedication to the client's cause made a full recovery possible in this case. I have had the pleasure of knowing Mr. Shannon as a classmate in law school and as a colleague in practice. He was a brilliant law student and it is no surprise that he is now a highly effective practitioner. When my clients need local counsel in Texas, my first choice is always Mr. Shannon.
