I have nothing but amazing things to say about Attorney Sean Timmons and the Staff at Tully Rinckey, Mr. Eric Duncan and Ms. Blanca Montoya. I would recommend Sean Timmons and his team to anyone who needs assistance with military legal matters. Ms. Montoya and Mr. Duncan are dazzlingly skilled. Th eir services with military legal report writing were sublime. At the same time, Mr. Timmons did a great job helping me brief a high-level legal forum and representing my equities. Mr. Timmons's decisive leadership not only led to a favorable decision but the "unprecedented accountability" of Senior Officials who were supposed to ensure a just, ethical, and unbiased workplace predicated on military ethos exists in the first place. Overall, I rate Tully Rinckey as the Number #1 legal office in the Nation that represents a beacon of hope when standing up to corrosive work environments that foster gender inequality, intentional misconduct, gross lack of employee development, and lack of discipline and accountability.

I have had a great experience working with Tully Rinckey. I contacted them first about 6 years ago and have worked with Sean and one other attorney. Both were great, but Sean has been exceptional. He's kind, respectful, responds quickly to emails, and very analytical. He has represented me at a Disch arge Review Board to correct my military records to reflect a higher characterization of service. His work resulted in me getting disability from the VA for the rest of my life, it has completely changed my life and helped my family. I cannot thank him and the folks at Tully Rinckey enough.
