Alejandro Macias is the best attorney I could have hoped for. I just felt confident that everything that could be done was being done. He was known and respected by the people in the courtroom. Let there be no doubt Carmen Roe is the person/lawyer you want. I feel so lucky that she was recommended to me by another top notch lawyer I had contacted in desperation because my (court appointed) lawyer at the time was constantly innaccessable and would not reply to me. The recommending lawyer w orks only in appeal cases but he pointed me to Ms. Carmen and said this IS the person you must get. As soon as I spoke to Ms. Carmen on the phone as well as the first in person meeting I just knew that this was the person I should have had all along. BUT a lot of time had passed since my indictment with constant court resets and I thought little could be done and that I was out of time I was a lost cause. When I conveyed that to her assistant over the phone he assured me that Ms Carmen was so talented and good at what she does there was no need to worry. You could hear it in his voice in the way that he said it that not only did he truly believe in what he was saying, he was speaking the truth. He had seen her in action and he knows what she is capable of. And yet I tempered my expectations because I was facing a charge that was an easy win for the District attorney. Felon in possession was the charge and it was bumped to 3rd degree. Ms. Carmen and her assistant Chris worked hard for me and got me THE BEST POSSIBLE OUTCOME...a DISMISSAL! Honestly I couldn't believe it But I am NOW also a true believer in Ms. Carmen and her talent and ability. Also, I would like to add that not only was Ms Carmen's fee more reasonable as compared to other lawyers that I contacted, in my case she worked with me in regards to payment. Aside from her professional talent, Carmen also comes across as a good caring person who wants to help people. Carmen is hands down the best of the best! After I was arrested in 2018 on federal charges I was scared and unsure of what the future held. I hired Sean to defend my son who was charged with two counts of aggravated robbery.
