Attorney Fridie was an excellent attorney throughout the whole ordeal. I was involved in a slip and fall in one Houston's big chain stores. I was hurt really bad and acquired expensive medical bills. Ms. Fridie explained to me clearly what my options were. Anytime I called during business hours she a nswered, when she did not she returned my call in a reasonable time. She was honest and very compassionate. Not only did she provide me good customer service, she was able to acquire me a settlement that I was very pleased with. Her office staff was really knowledgeable and helpful as well. I would recommend her for any future cases and business.

Not only did I lose my money, but also lost over 2 yrs of trying to help me with my case, she communicated very good with me at the beginning, after I paid for my case, I was not able to speak with her anymore, only with receptionist and her secretary, I was never on the loop of what was going on wit h my case, I had to chase them for info and if I did not call every month things were not moving, also answering service is the worst, they would keep me on hold for up to 30 min and passing call around, they treat you very rude and have no compassion for what the client is going through. I mention this to Fridie and secretary but no changes were done with answering service. Overall I would give negative stars but I can only pick one.

I hired Ms. Fridie for a felony charge I received after getting mixed up with the wrong woman. Ms. Fridie aggressively opposed the DA’s evidence. She is very smart, honest, and quick on her toes. My case was ultimately dismissed. I’d recommend her.

Ms. Fridie had my case for over 4 years and just sat on it and wouldn't file my motion. She never returned my calls for over two years and I only spoke with her receptionist, that is, if I could get through to someone. If I got their answering service, they probably never forward the messages. I've e ven used their client portal and still didn't hear from her so I had to hire another attorney. When my new attorney reviewed my case, they said that the paperwork was wrong, and now since it was on record, I will never get relief. Due to her laziness and incompetence, I have lost my case even before I went to trial. She owes me my life and $5000.00! She needs to be disbarred!

Alan Daughtry is the attorney we all thought we would be when we entered law school. I hired Ms. Norman to represent me in my divorce case. And retained her before meeting her in person. Because in speaking with her on phone previously and then receiving prompt email responses and returned calls usually on same day or next day. Including email replies on weekends. I knew this was the person I could trust with my case and would be attentive to my needs. Most of all, she instilled confidence that I didn't have to worry about my case for the 60 day waiting period for final court appearance. Then on my court date. I got their early and being in the midst of other men and women waiting in lobby for their divorce hearing like me. And she got my case on list as second to be heard. Then became the first case heard, because the other Attorney's client was late. I believe because he or her did not have the same confidence as I did in my Attorney. I highly recommend Ms. Norman. Not only as a Professional Attorney, but as a TRUE ADVOCATE not only for your cause.
