There really isn’t enough space in this review to truly explain Robert’s qualities. I was involved in a very long, complex divorce and contested custody matter that was emotionally exhausting. I hired Robert for my complicated divorce case and he outperformed. He is very knowledgeable, honest and pa ssionate. He truly cares about people and was there to answer all of my questions. Mr. Medina is ALWAYS PREPARED and never caught off guard no matter what opposing counsel may have had up their sleeve. With his experience and analytical skills he was able to resolve my case and get me more than what I ever thought I could get or even expected. In my experience, Robert is the worst attorney. I feel like he didn't want to work on my case and made excuses as to why work wasn't done. Initially, he appeared present to answer, but after a few months, he began to lose contact. He would never respond to my emails and claimed he received 100+ email s a day, but when I called and left a message, he would never answer or return my call. To save you from a headache if your case is not easy, don’t hire him.

Ms. Premazon did an excellent job getting things done for my family. She was able to sort through our uncertainties, helped us make good decisions and got documents done and filed promptly. We hired Attorney Adam Helleck to represent us by representing the truth; what was best for our son. He came in after two previous attorney’s just couldn’t get the job done. Before Adam’s representation, between the other two attorney’s we spent almost a decade in court. I will admit, our case was no simple ordinary custody case. It went to trial several times with the judgement for custody being swayed back and forth every time. We felt defeated and couldn’t understand why the truth was taking so long to have light shed on it. It physically took a toll on our family, health wise, financially & in every aspect but we remained faithful. I hired Adam at least a year ago with a 10K retainer. No motions were ever filed, I haven't seen my child in over the year that I've had him retained because he refuses to fight for my rights as a mother, he postpones my hearing dates months out at the convenience of the opposing counsel, he refuses phone calls, text messages and emails. I've asked him several times to return my payment so that I can pursue another attorney and Mr. Helleck refuses. Avoid this man at all costs if you cherish your children.

As the title states, Mrs. Tracy is the best family lawyer in the Texas. She has represented me twice, for my divorce and again when my ex decided to bring me back to court over trivial matters. I have been incredibly happy with her and her staff. Some reviews say that she is expensive but you get wha t you pay for, and with Mrs. Tracy you get the best.

I hired this attorney regarding a child support issue and would not recommend because you would be wasting valuable time and money. I spent almost $20K and didnt get any results!! The firm cotinuously calls and asks for the same information over and over, which they charge each time they call and ch arge every time they file the same information (a way to over bill you as a client). When you sate that you already provided said requested information, the employees at the firm (mainly Mr. Tracy, family relative) stated thats you are uncooperative and they can drop you as a client if you don't want to give the information (remember, its already been given). On one occassion, They asked to take my cell phone in another room to download its contents. When I asked why they needed my cell phone and what personal information it contains and how that applies to a family child support payment matter, they said if i dont comlpy, they have the right to drop me as a client (needed personal info on my cell phone made me feel like a criminal when I was seeking help for a family matter-child support monetary issue ). The more you ask questions, the more they claim they will drop you as a client. In fact, they dropped me after taking almost $20K in total just days before my court date!!

The title sums it up. It's been a few years since my divorce and I am rebuilding my life. To be fair, my case was not simple and I had the deck stacked against me before I hired this office. However they took my case and billed me over 40k total, did not give me any guidance at all, and did not retur n calls sometimes for over a week. Ms. Tracy was not a strong court presence. The other side never submit all of their discovery, in spite of several motions to compel. My x never even submitted his bank information. Ms. Tracy ended up just giving up on it. When I complained I was told by office manager to "fire them if I was that unhappy". But by then I didn't have any money left for another retainer. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place and they knew it. I ended up giving my x a lot of money simply because my options were giving it to him, or giving it to my lawyer. At least by giving it to him there is a chance the kids will benefit. I waited several years to write this, because a lawyer review is not at the top of the list when one is rebuilding their life. But, it's time to check this off the list. I do not recommend this lawyer unless your case is straightforward and you have loads and loads of cash.n

Where do I even began, Ms. Tracy and her Firm are THE BEST we have not just hired her ONCE but TWICE yes I said TWICE that should say something right there. Her and her office gets things done. Before hiring Ms. Tracy we previously hired 2 lawyers before her which was a waste of money and time and n othing was done. Ms. Tracy and Kristen has accomplished so much for us, we got custody of one of the boys and lifetime support was removed from the other. Ms.Tracy and her office communicates with you every step of the way so there is no surprises, she tells you her opinion as a “what can happen” since judges are unpredictable. You get what you pay for and she is worth every bit of it. If you sit back and watch her in court you will not be disappointed, I was amazed how she represented us she holds nothing back and exposes everything. She made the lawyers on the other side look like newbies fresh out of law school and that’s being nice, since I probably could have done better than them. With this being said I recommend her 110% if you’re not ready to get what you want then hire one of these OTHER lawyers and pray.

I can't thank Ms. Oglesby enough! My ex sued me for full custody of my daughter. My original attorney Julie Ketterman had represented my ex in a divorce. So, I was screwed and I didn't know it! Of course my ex had my attorney disqualified and I was stuck! I called Ms. Oglesby and told her my story. She immediately intervened the next day! I was very happy with the process and quick results I received once hiring Taly Thiessen to help me through my divorce. I had previously tried to go through it by myself, and then with a non-profit firm, but because of covid no one would answer phones and the courts were extremely slow. I had no info rmation before, but Taly made it super easy for me. I never even had to step foot in a court. I am so relieved and can move on with my life! My daughter is safe with me and I am thankful for that.
