Mr. Harris doesn't take no for an answer and digs until he finds it. Keith did my divorce and my husband was a criminal. When my husband would not turn over the bank statements, Keith was furious and took action. He was awesome. Two other attorney's failed me. The other 2 did not do what Keith did. M y husband tried to steal my house that I had 20 years prior to him moving in. He lied to everyone including his attorney. She lied to the judge and we both saw it. He watch my husband and his attorney closely and planned his defense accordingly. He stated it all comes down to 1 thing during divorce which is "balancing out the spreadsheet." He did that and found tons of misguided funds in his bank statement that he would never come clean about. Even when I was married, he would never tell me where the money was going because it sure wasn't for me or my house. Keith stuck to my case like glue to the end. I used Mr. Harris during my divorce, no kids. He is extremely smart and leaves no stone unturned. Going thru discovery, he found the elephant in the Room that had gone unnoticed for 10 years. He demanded that my husband turn over company records and bank statements, after my xspouse said "no way in hell", being the criminal attorney side came in and went thru every bank statement. All I had asked my spouse was in the first place to have my house back that I had 20 years from a previous marriage. He kept saying we will split it and I said no. My xspouse ran up over a $25,000 in legal bills with his attorney and he didn't have too. All he had to do was give me my house back. He kept saying it wasn't happening. Well, it did and Keith was the only attorney sticking by me to make it happen. Keith would not no for an answer and gets to the bottom of things. When I called him, he was there, when I texted him, he responded, when I emailed him, he called back. He listened to me and never tried to talk over me. Please do not get this attorney. If he is your court appointed attorney fire him immediately. I don't want anyone else to fall into the trap that we fell into. He acted like he was going to do a great job for my son who is 17 when he got in trouble and for something that he never should have gotten i n trouble for. The first time I came to court and met him he was rude and obnoxious to me because I called him on his lies which were plentiful. He told me that he didn't want me anywhere near his office or anywhere near this case and even had the nerve to call me the b word. He went before the judge and lied and told the judge that my son told him that he smoked weed the day of sentencing on a pre sentencing investigation that the lawyer called him in to taking to begin with after I told him not to. Well he gets before the judge and lies on his own client and tells the judge that my son smoked weed when he absolutely did not he went two years on Bond and never failed a test but thanks to Montez and his lies he ended up with 7 years deferred probation 3 months in the county and 6 months residential treatment facility. Keep in mind this kid was 17 and it was his very first offense he had never had or been in any trouble before. This was a state jail felony when it was charged and was only enhanced after Mr Montez mentioned enhancement in court first in front of the DA. He WORKS FOR THE OTHER SIDE I'M TELLING YOU DO NOT LET THIS GUY BE YOUR ATTORNEY HE SHOULD HAVE HIS LAW LICENSE TAKEN AWAY FOR FACILITATING LIES AGAINST HIS OWN CLIENTS IN FRONT OF THE JUDGE ON THE DAY OF SENTENCING. I'VE NEVER SEEN SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL INCOMPETENT BEHAVIOR FROM A LAWYER IN MY LIFE! HE HAS SINGLE-HANDEDLY CAUSED ME TO LOSE FAITH IN THE SYSTEM. DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE WE DID CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE!!!?

My husband was APPROVED on his 2nd time up, last time we didnt have a lawyer.Seth did an amazing job on my husband parole packet and did an outstanding job with our in person interview. Mr. Paull....where do I start He has represented me in two different cases both pro bono due to my status of being a disabled veteran. I was helping mummy son move from a broken marriage and we had his truck loaded with his items , I was in the drivers seat of the pickup when his father in law came screaming at me in the vehicle , he was reaching into the cab of the vehicle trying to unlock my door when I specifically told him if he came any further their would be consequences that would not be in his best interest . 45 minutes after leaving a Montgomery county Sherrifs officer came and writhe me the citation for assault by threat . All charges where subsequently dropped ... Thanks Emily . Very professional and seems to really love what she does . I'm a disabled firefighter that once all worked for the da's office at Harris county . All I handled was homicide files and issued them to the da's office ..
