I hired Adam Henderson Firm thinking about they will help me on my work injury. But they did not, I have to leave my job due to the supervisors were pushing me doing what I couldn't do. I was supposed to have light duty but they did not respect it. I told Mrs. Lora what was happening to me did not listen I have to quite my job and no help. I got depression, stress, due to my back pain. I called them so many times but it was impossible for them to help me. Finally, did not get no help from them at all. They just want your money.

to defend you or doesnt have proper information when Judge asks her a question the Defense Attorney had to answer for her. I requested several times to meet in person to discuss my case but she instead stated don't worry about coming over she would resolve everything by phone. She was clueless trying figure out which case she was actually representing. Save your time and money because you will go in a long merry go round ride and at the end the defense Attorney and TML will win the case your stuck with nothing but misery. They dont even assist to help you if case is lost to find options to financially survive even through your still injured unable to work. Never got to get surgery in a year and four months. Nightmare!!

I am a government worker and In June of 2014 I received an injury at Work. I filed a claim through OWCP thinking that I was in the best of hands. But after months of phone calls and correspondence trying to handle the claim myself. My claim was denied on a technicality. I was out five months of pa y and unable to get a much needed surgery. What I needed was an attorney that could handle a federal work comp claim. I could not find one in our state or even neighboring states. I talked with with five different law firms from different parts of the country. I never felt good about any of them except one and that was Pines federal law. We are in Montana and they are in Texas. Gavriel was very considerate and extremely easy for my wife and I to talk to. My father has been dealing with OWCP since 1974. He was notified at age 76, and after more than 40 years, that his OWCP benefits were being terminated. Not only was this overwhelming, it was was extremely complicated as my father had lost his wife (my mother) after more than 50 years of marriage an d he depended on her for just about everything. After talking to several attorneys locally and in other states, I was relieved to find Pines Federal, as there are not very many firms that will handle Federal government cases. My father and I felt comfortable with Eric Pines from our initial consultation and we were then assigned to work with Gavriel Toso. Pines Federal was very professional throughout the case and in the end, my father's case was overturned and he was successful in regaining his benefits. I am relieved to have this behind us, but if I ever needed this type of legal services again in the future, I would definitely call on them.

I have got to say working with Mr. Abbott was different than others lawyers I have delt with in the past. He doesn't act flashy and he always calls me back, even though it may take him a day to call, he always did. When I came to him I wasn't getting comp like I should and we had to go to a hearing. A few weeks later I got a big check for all my back pay and mileage and reimbursement for medicine. And that was after the insurance company said I wasn't even hurt on the job! But Mr. Abbott proved it in court. This all happened just a few months ago and I'm almost ready to go back to work now. I want to thank Mr. Abbott for knowing all about my case and helping me when I needed it.
