Retained Mario to help with a felony drug possession charge. He thoroughly reviewed the case and discovered problems with the prosecution case including lack of evidence and questionable arrest among other things. Mario is an AMAZING attorney. I received a traffic violation, failing to yield. Mario represented me and was ready for trial. He was representing someone at 9am and 11am and rushed to make mine at 10am. Mario arrived ready for trial, and after talking to the Prosecutor (2 min after his arrival) we re ceived a dismissal. This process was smooth and easy. Mario is extremely informative, effective and the best! Instead of having to be in probation, pay attorney fees, etc., we walked out with a dismissal! Mr. Bainum knew more than my appointed lawyer. HE came in at the end and saved me from a more serious sentence under the federal guidelines because he knew how the UGGS operates and how different rules overlap. If it were not for MR. Bainum I would have had twice the punishment. Anyone having a feder al case should consider hiring him.
