Mr. Truman has recently assisted us in an eviction of a tenant who had filed an illegal "Notice of Interest" against our property. It was a complicated case because at one time she owned the property. She entered into a Rental Agreement with our company but then failed to return the signed copy of the Rental agreement. After consulting with her attorney, Ron was able to negotiate an acceptable settlement between the parties and the tenant will remove her mobile home and be off the property by January 31, 2015.
