I highly recommend the Farr Law Firm for eldercare planning. I rapidly needed to make decisions for my mother’s long-term care, as she had just entered a nursing home in Pennsylvania due to dementia. Because of the expertise, professionalism, and compassion of the Farr Law Firm I was able to meet with attorney Farr quickly and be apprised of my options. In short order, the firm, through Jeannie, helped me place my mother in a nearby, highly rated nursing home in Virginia (NOT an easy task) and supported me through several Medicare appeals regarding the initial part of Mom’s care. Other members of the Elder Law Team, paralegals Seresa and Grace, provided total support for a successful Medicaid application, complicated by a claim for a Medicaid Caregiver Exemption for my brother. I am grateful to Evan and his team for their work on reversing the denial of my son's Medicaid case.
