Tony handled my ticket with great communication and ease. I was able to provide everything he needed by e-mail/text. We never met and he handled everything. I was facing a difficult citation 4 counts that he up front let know I was in trouble on 2 of the expensive counts unless he could negotiate them down or get off on a technicality. This is my second time working with Tony for a speeding ticket. He is always knowledgeable and efficient. The Federal Way court did not receive the NOA and was going to suspend my license. My son was ticketed for going over the speed limit coming off of a highway in what appeared to be a deliberate speed trap. There was no sign indicating the speed limit at the exit. Matthew helped me reduce a DUI charge where I had blown a 0.06 to a negligent driving 1st degree - the prosecutor was not willing to let go that I had a passenger with me when I was pulled over. During the process, Matthew was clear, responsive, proactive, and flexible to meet or call when needed. He also did not make any extreme claims to what he could do. I had contacted a big DUI lawyer beforehand who said he'd be willing to take my case to court to get it cleared, which felt like a pretty high risk to me. I needed a seasoned DUI attorney to help me out during a tough time in my life. I've never had an encounter with law enforcement so I had no idea what to do or where to go. contacted Mr. Leyba for a legal issue. He was extremely personable and professional in walking me through the process and making me aware of what would happen. Multiple times I had to call him late at night and at other odd hours and he was always patient and very responsive. Mr. Leyba also ga ve me a very good idea of the upfront costs that would go into the process, and made it clear what would and would not be included in that. From the time that I hired him, till the end of my case, he guided me through the process, and set the right expectations so that nothing unexpected happened. I was also able to talk to him and have him reason all parts of the case and explained to me the parts that were flexible, vs required by law. Our case was delayed significantly because of Covid, and he worked with me through the delay, as well as kept me informed of any future dates and prepared me every step of the way. Due to circumstances that don't matter, I was involved in a DUI case. Out of the attorneys I talked to and researched, Matt was the best. From my initial contact I had a direct line to him. Long story short, ended up with a dui after a night out with some coworkers. Feeling helpless did some quick research on google and found matt. There’s no way you can fight this without a lawyer, so might as well hire a very solid one. Matt was quick to respond to questions/concerns, but kept expecta tions real and didn’t make empty promises. Ended up with a reduced charge. Better than a dui. Mr. Webb is extremely professional and is dedicated to his craft. Even though I am not the direct client of his but he helped my family member to get his DUI DISMISSED during pre-trail. Having seen many similar cases ending up with a plea deal, I honestly didn't have a very high expectation but his r epresentation gave us a favorable result both with the DOL and the court. I was in a terrible accident while driving down Grady way in Renton Washington. I searched top lawyers near me and Linda Callahan popped up and I can’t tell you how happy I am that I chose to go with them!!! My daughter was recently pulled over for a minor traffic infraction. Unfortunately, she pulled over to the left shoulder and not the right shoulder. This infuriated the cop so he wrote her 2 tickets. I hired Jon Zimmerman after an officer pulled me over for driving under a suspended license, which is a misdemeanor in Washington state, after moving to Washington from the East coast. He charged me over $1000 and left the misdemeanor on my record. The circumstances of the whole case we're so simple that all you had to do is walk to to the judge and explain what was going on. I donated a car to charity while on the east coast, then never renewed the insurance on the car I donated, moved to Washington, license got suspended on the east coast without notifying me, and got pulled over in Washington while still under that drivers license. So basically I got a misdemeanor for donating a car to charity. Hiring this attorney was a huge mistake. Every time I enter the US from vacation or such I now need to spend about 2 hours in the security back room because of this attorney. In fact, I'm posting this review right now from the security area at the airport.
