I was in a MVC in October of 2023, Arthur stepped in on my case in late 2024 early 2025 to assist Elisabeth Ruff with my litigation aspect of my case. In preparing for litigation, we prepared for arbitration with the other drivers insurance. With the evidence collected by Arthur and his paralegal Sab rina and the team, they were able to pull enough information from the other driver for his insurance company to decide to settle with us even before we started arbitration. After that settlement Arthur and Elizabeth’s team were able to seek payment from my insurance company for underinsured motorist to help cover additional expenses and pain and suffering. I never imagined myself needing a personal injury attorney. But in 2024 I was hit by a car. I sustained injuries, needed surgery and occupational therapy. The person who hit me did not have enough PIP (Personal Injury Protection) insurance to cover the surgery, subsequent doctor appointments , occupational therapy and any other possible medical issues.
