I found Emily Tsai after seeing my wife’s lawyer out class my first 3 lawyers. He was able to take the documented truth and twist it into lies. The first 3 fell prey to sleazy tactics and threats of sanctions. Maybe they were afraid of a lawyer who had a Commissioner working in his law firm. Emily took him on and save me from losing potentially $2 million to the lies and tricks of the other side. She did this by not responding to lies and sleaze with lies and sleaze. She did it using the high road with good legal reasoning, good legal research, and outstanding expert witnesses. Emily is hard working. To my objection she had me in her office late into the night to prepare for the arbitration hearing. Her husband was very patient and waited hours for her to complete the preparations.
