I have known Jennifer for many years as a friend and can speak to her as being an amazing and generous person but also an extremely talented attorney. I had been working with a different attorney referred to me for almost 2 years to get a case dismissed against me on a construction case that a pr evious employee took on and botched/ stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from someone. I had absolutely no knowledge or involvement with this project at all and even had an indemnification and hold harmless signed by the person who did the work stating I had nothing to do with it. A judgement was filed against this person for $600,000 and when the plaintiff realized they weren’t going to get paid, at least quickly they came after me. To put it in her words “since they couldn’t catch the robber they went for the bank”. The previous attorney, I hired mismanage my case constantly, missing deadlines, lack of communication and total disregard for my wellbeing. What should have been thrown out at the very beginning due to the fact that I was not involved in any capacity, dragged out and almost went to court. By the time I fired my existing attorney and hired Jennifer we were 3-4 weeks from actually going to court. She came in and played damage control, caught everything up and put together a strong enough case that the opposing council withdrew their case against me within only a few weeks of having her onboard. I highly recommend her for any legal services you may need. She took on an extremely stressful situation for me and was able to completely eliminate it in such a short time and in a professional manner.

I was in a truly hopeless situation before I was referred to Ms. Miller by a coworker. My daughter was in a terrible, volatile environment with a mentally unstable mother who was failing to perform basic motherly duties. I felt powerless to the situation. Jennifer was immediately encouraging from our first phone call, and jumped on getting the necessary papers filed for emergency custody. She worked with me and my family to get my daughter permanently out of the situation and living with me. She was able to articulate the situation to the judge perfectly, as well as work with the judge to formulate a parenting plan that includes not only protections for my daughters wellbeing as she grows and is allowed more time with her mother, but also allows me, as the custodial parent, to monitor her mothers mental state. The plan requires regular updates to the court and to me about her mental health treatment, and protects my daughter if things take a bad turn in that regard. My daughter is thriving and happy today with a healthy routine, and none of this would’ve been possible without Jennifer’s extensive knowledge of the WA State legal system. I always felt like I was being taken care of with Ms. Miller. She is a powerful force for justice and was excellent at explaining the process as time went on. She kept me updated throughout, but did a tremendous amount of work behind the scenes filing papers and drafting documents for the case. She always made herself available if I had questions about the case, and gave me great advice on how to address certain situations with my daughter’s mother as they presented themselves.
