Kristian was instrumental in representing us in a delicate rental property rights issue. It concerned us (the landlord in this case) and our continued right to rent our condo. The HOA Board has become adamantly against renters in recent times and had passed a variety of amendments to the CC&R's gr adually stripping away rental rights including the highly valued grandfather clauses. He negotiated on our behalf an amicable agreement between our two parties. We were very pleased with his attention to detail, enthusiasm and doggedness. We would highly recommend him, and would use him again if the situation arises.

Kristian helped me with a very difficult tenant/landlord conflict.
