- ★★★★★I Highly Recommend Leigh
Deborah · family law ·
I hired Leigh to represent me in my divorce in an attempt to keep it collaborative and cooperative. Although it was difficult at times, she managed to help me keep it that way. She was very good at explaining the process and the various options and helping me make decisions and prepare for negotiat ions. She was very efficient, cost effective, supportive and professional. Divorce is a difficult and emotional process. She is a perfect attorney to help anyone through that difficult experience. I highly recommend her.
- ★★★★★Fierce advocate without adding conflict
anonymous · family law ·
Leigh represented me in my divorce against a VERY high conflict attorney. While I wasn’t able to get my ex-wife to agree to a Collaborative Divorce, that didn’t stop Leigh from using her skills to minimize UNNECESSARY conflict. But by no means does her style of practice mean that she simple advocates for her clients to rollover. After attempting to keep costs down by negotiating a settlement with my ex-wife’s attorney, she arranged for us to meet with an exceptionally skilled mediator to settle our case. I walked away with both a parenting plan and an asset division agreement that I was very happy with. Had I not hired an attorney at all, I’d have unknowingly given away all of my parenting rights. And because of Leigh’s low conflict approach, I have a much better co-parenting relationship with my children‘s mother than I would otherwise. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
- ★★★★★Divorce review
anonymous · family law ·
Leigh is a pleasant woman, but I don't think she is a good lawyer. I hired her to represent me as part of a collaborative divorce. The result was a very unequal settlement, which I only came to appreciate after the divorce was finalized. I don't think Leigh has a great sense of how to value assets and she was not a strong advocate for my interests. Perhaps some of this is inherent in the collaborative divorce process, which seems to promote a settlement more than a fair settlement. If you elect to hire Leigh, I'd advise you to have someone else look over the divorce agreement before you sign it to make sure that you completely understand what concessions you are making and how the assets are being divided.
- ★★★★★The divorce was the easy part......
Karen · family law ·
The divorce was the easy part, relatively speaking. The marriage was the hard part. During the worst point in my life, Leigh provided clear direction, options, advice and best of all worked with me to ensure that my divorce was finalized in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible. Sin ce then she has continued to provide additional recommendations on attorneys for other matters in my life as well.
- ★★★★★Wonderful to work with, and wonderful results
Bill · family law ·
Leigh shepherded my very challenging divorce through a nearly three-year process. While Leigh's specialty is collaborative law, my divorce unfortunately ended up in arbitration due to the litigious attitude of my "ex" and her lawyer. Leigh stuck with me, and I ultimately ended up with a better result than I would have expected (and would have settled for) both on parenting plan and finances. Leigh is also sensitive to keeping legal costs under control: I got a better result than my "ex", while spending half as much on legal fees. Leigh is kind, thoughtful, thorough, centered, creative, and most of all dogged in looking out for her client's interests. She also keeps perspective on the big picture which in the middle of a contentious divorce can be hard to do. I also really enjoyed working with her. Highly, highly recommend.
- ★★★★★Thorough Support with Complex Family Law Issues
Teresa · family law ·
I have worked with Michelle Dellino and her staff over the course of nearly 8 years with on and off legal issues surrounding my divorce and subsequent custody changes. My case is very drawn out and complex (involving DV, accusations of child abuse, parenting evaluations/coordination, and the other pa rent's mental health issues), and Michelle and Paige Wingerson have always take the time and care to truly know my situation inside and out and understand the legal complexities behind it. They always provide prompt insight and clarity to help me weigh all options thoroughly, including when other services are needed, and have been wonderful advocates for both myself and my child. I am so grateful with how thorough and supportive they have been all around, and have 100% confidence that they work diligently and humbly to ensure the best outcomes for my child. I absolutely recommend Dellino Family Law.
- ★★★★★Having Michelle on my side gave me peace of mind.
Ian · family law ·
I was referred to Dellino Family Law Group by a good friend, after discovering my previous attorney made mistakes in a contentious custody battle, putting me at a disadvantage. After reaching out, and learning about my situation, Michelle took me on as a client, then things immediately started tu rning for the better. Michelle and Lisa, are amazing. A custody battle is not easy, especially when it is across different states, having these people on my side gave me peace of mind. They were there for me when I needed them. I felt Michelle truly cared about making sure I got the best possible outcome for myself and my child. I really wish I had been with Dellino Law Group from the beginning of my case. I highly recommend Dellino Law Group and Michelle to anyone needing help with child custody or divorce.

I reached out to Michelle Dellino during one of the most stressful periods of my life—a divorce that felt overwhelming and uncertain. From the very beginning, Michelle was incredibly responsive, honest, efficient, and effective. She brought clarity to a difficult process and made me feel supported ev ery step of the way. Her professionalism and empathy set her apart, and it was clear she genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for me. I was so impressed with Michelle and her team that I turned to her again when it was time to draft a prenuptial agreement for my second marriage. Once again, the experience was seamless and reassuring. Michelle's guidance was thoughtful and thorough, and I felt confident and well-represented throughout. If you're looking for top-tier support in any area of family law, I can't recommend Michelle and her team highly enough. Their expertise, integrity, and care make all the difference.

Michelle (and her team) were great to work with. Smart, to the point, helpful, and strategic. I liked her no nonsense approach to the work, and how smoothly everything went with her. I highly recommend.
- ★★★★★Michelle gave me confidence in the legal process!
Alice · family law ·
I needed help with getting my matter handled under the wire. Most attorneys would not take it on but after I met with Michelle for a consultation, she said no problem and I got you and I could tell she meant it. This was my first time needing legal help and I know nothing about family and divorce law . She was able to explain the law in a way I could understand, looked out for my interests and asked questions no one else did to help protect me. I felt as confident in her and her paralegal Paige at the end of the representation as I did when I hired her or maybe even more! She is also easy to talk to and we would probably be friends is I met her IRL! If you need help in family law Michelle is the only person you need to call.
