Raymond showed up to all my hearings, and was willing to explain the situation with my DUI really well. I was able to make informed decisions about the case, the DOL hearing, and how to avoid jail time. I would use Raymond again in a heart beat. Mr. Ejarque was honest with me from the very beginning. He explained the seriousness of my charges and the likelihood of sentencing. He worked diligently on several different scenarios as well as advised me on several opportunistic matters I handled simultaneously. While I ended up with a guilty plea , I can say without a doubt that this turned the most favorable outcome toward me. He was extremely conscientious of maintaining ethically appropriate strategies and used the perfect amount of tact for my case to be presented in a manner that coincided with our mutually-agreed opinion of a desirable sentence. This man does not show-boat or manipulate gray areas; he understands the options and forms a strategy for each scenario. I highly recommend Mr. Ejarque!
