  • ★★★★★Custody / Relocation Expert

    anonymous · family law ·

Natalie took over our case from another lawyer in her firm who retired. It was a scary scenario for us, but Natalie jumped in like she’d been there the whole time. Our case file was over 1000 pages and very very complicated. She communicated clearly and LISTENED to our concerns to advocate for the be st possible outcome. Even after our complicated custody case was finalized, it was followed by a relocation which Natalie navigated intelligently to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted move despite a very difficult ex attempting to use any excuse to delay the inevitable. Natalie really handled our case with care and we are very appreciative of her attentiveness and understanding. It was a very overwhelming case, but she jumped in head first and helped us swim to shore. I recommend Natalie to anyone who is navigating a tough divorce/custody/relocation situation.

  • ★★★★★Professional, Knowledgeable & Compassionate

    Robert & Sallye · family law ·

We highly recommend Natalie Roberts. She took our case after another attorney from another firm failed to represent us to our satisfaction. We worked with Natalie for almost two years before our custody trial. She always communicated clearly and directly, and was very knowledgeable. At trial, she was aggressive, but respectful. Her opening and closing arguments were touching and profound. She was instrumental in bringing our family back together, and for that we are grateful.

  • ★★★★Too busy, and money hungry

    Alex · family law ·

I hired Natalie to write a simple demand letter to my ex for adjusting child support to help with my sons college. I waited three weeks to have her write two paragraphs and then tell me she will email it to my ex. Email really? No proof of receiving? After I told her this wouldn’t work, and that time was of the essence given my son is a senior, I was told she didn’t have time for my case! Wow! After her firm securing a lofty retainer. Needless to say, she was dismissed from representing me, and I was charged $500 for a letter I could have written myself. Beware of this firm and Natalie, sounds like they are money hungry and not willing to put forth the small effort you ask of them. Thanks for wasting my time and money!

  • ★★★★★Truly the best

    AMG · family law ·

Natalie came into my life when my previous council couldn't keep up with the complex issues of my case. I felt unseen, unheard. When I found Natalie, she stepped in and stepped up quickly; she is so brilliant, organized, hard working, compassionate, and just 'gets it' when I need her. She's adept at staying focused when opposing council creates chaos, and most critically, she guides and advises well, even when I don't like the answer. She's gone to bat for me on big and small things, always with a complex understanding of the law and family court, and incredible preparation. She keeps me focused when I'm anxious but knows there's nothing more important than a child to a loving parent. I'm forever thankful for Natalie, even in the unpredictable nature of court, she's an incredible stabilizing force. Do not hesitate to hire Natalie, she is honest, full of integrity and so dang smart! I trust Natalie in all aspects of family law.

  • ★★★★★Absolute Advocate

    Abigail · family law ·

I considered five different options when it was clear I needed a lawyer for my divorce. Natalie and her office were responsive to call back, provide a consultation, able to take on new clients, and she was the only one where I actually felt heard and where my case felt understood without assumptions. Natalie *listened,* and executed with precision in her role and with vast depth of understanding in family law. Natalie was an absolute advocate through the process, and I am incredibly grateful to have her on my side. This is the lawyer you want!!!
