After leaving a message for Tim at his office, I was most impressed to receive a phone call from him that same evening. After introducing himself, he immediately inquired on my daughter's well being. Tim's thoughtfulness extends beyond the defendant, as he made the effort to include and address ques tions from all those present at the consultation. Tim's legal background and past experience as a prosecuting attorney was helpful in providing information and expectations with my daughter's domestic violence case. During the consultation, Tim crafted an email to the prosecutor's office and forwarded it with intentions to expedite a response on our behalf, as he has previously worked with the assigned prosecutor. Although our experience with Tim may have been limited to a consultation, first impressions of his legal knowledge, and the empathy expressed, provided a level of comfort to us that prior to this meeting was running rampant in our heads with worst case scenarios. Tim would be a strong consideration for anyone looking for legal counsel in the criminal defense area.

Tim is fantastic and on the ball! Within less than 2 hours of leaving a message with his receptionist, I received a call back. I had a couple of VERY urgent matters that needed attention immediately, and Tim took charge and got everything I needed taken care of. I was astonished! Through the course o f dealing with my criminal matters Tim never pressured me, was always informative, and stuck with me from the beginning to the end. He is very easy to talk to and reliable. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a criminal lawyer.

My daughter facing charges was my worst nightmare. My first thought was "I need Seattle's best attorney". I don't know if that is Tim, but I know I'd return, and have recommended him to others. I would have to agree that communication was at times frustrating, I realized afterward that Tim knew exact ly what he was doing and probably didn't need every detail from a panicking father. Day before trial, charges dropped. The best day of my life. Tim is a bad ass.
