on’t know what your doing like I was before I found Emery Reddy, they make it so easy and manageable around your schedule. They literally hunted thousands of people from stores all across Washington down to involve themselves in my case when all I had to offer was a handful of employees I barely knew to back up my story. When all is said and done I couldn’t suggest a better lawyer than Timothy Emery, if your working a dead end job with so much overtime because the turn over rates are so high you have to pull the weight of 2 even 3 people and your boss looks at you and laughs when you ask if you can go take your break cause your over worked, don’t sit there and take that kind of abuse from your employer! You can end up on the headline of a class action lawsuit and receive a huge settlement just for making a phone call. I can’t thank Emory Reddy enough for all they’ve done, without you I’d be looking back at that job like a bad memory but you guys made it into a fun story I can tell people to encourage others to do what I did.

When I hired Timothy Emery and had my first meeting with him, he and his team went over his strategy in great detail with me. We ended going over the scheduled time for the call, while he was answering my questions. I never felt rushed to end the call, instead Timothy and his team answered all of my questions and follow-up questions until I understood everything that I inquired about.
