Attorney Winkleman was very persistent with my case. He and his Paralegals did thorough research regarding the details of my lawsuit, then he and Attorney Lipcon reviewed my case with me before we had to present it to the defendants, then Attorney Winkleman and I spent an extensive amount of Skype t ime preparing for litigation. Until I had to make a trip to Florida, I had never met Attorney Winkleman - I was greeted not only professionally, but treated as a longtime friend as well. When it came to litigation, he was prepared with a GREAT professional video presentation showing the proper documentation to present my case. When I was face to face with the defendants, he stayed right with me, and was able to read my facial expressions and body language in order to properly proceed with the litigation and close the suit to my satisfaction. There was also a lengthy follow up - he was persistent in stating the facts until the lawsuit was finalized.
