Wade represented a family member for a very serious charge. He was thoughtful, articulate and worked very hard throughout the entire case. We hired Wade Whidden and the law firm of Whidden Johnson to handle my husband’s 3.850 postconviction motion. Not only did they win the appeal but did it with hard core facts. They are very knowledgeable in law, but are also humble enough to listen to their clients needs or concerns. When ever my husband had concerns or a difference of opinion in a matter, they took the time to actually listen and reason with him. I hired Mr.Whidden to represent my grandson on a post conviction. Mr.Whidden was well prepared. He did a lot of discovery, brought witnesses to testify for his client, including two previous attorneys that had worked on the case. All the information that was provided was very helpful. It disputed the state charges. He brought a person in charge of the gps company that monitors all gps, which my grandson was on. She had the actual GPS which my grandson was on. It showed the states GPS was false. mr. Whidden is an excellent attorney and I was very pleased with him and highly recommend him.

After coming home from a grueling 12 hour night shift i was placed into handcuffs for a 3rd degree felony and met with my first ever real encounter in the justice system.
