From the first phone call, I was told that she works on getting the charge dismissed. Through out the process of everything the office and Veronica were both great at making sure I did what I had to do and everything they had to do. I was facing two 3rd degree felony drug counts (narcotics) in Pinellas county, a county with a rampant opioid problem. Ms. Hatfield came highly recommended from another attorney I confer with. From the beginning, Ms. Hatfield guided me towards taking mitigating steps in order to set myself up for a m ore favorable outcome. In a time of great angst, Ms. Hatfield was able to provide me with peace of mind throughout each step in the criminal process. Eventually, Ms. Hatfield negotiated a Pre-Trial Intervention program which entailed community service and drug testing. I completed the program in 6 months and received no charges, no convictions, nor the need to make a plea. I am now in the process of getting my arrest expunged. I am very grateful for Victoria and her staff of Jeanette and Honey. I highly recommend all mentioned above and the rest of the firm.

My case dates back to 2010. 5 felonies. Two 1st degree felonies and three 2nd degree felonies w/a statement. The State Wanted to railroad me. Victoria was able to negotiate and get me a plea deal that gave me a second chance in society. More recently when I was questionably violated, she was on leave and still was filing motions from home on my behalf. Which this violation was ultimately dropped. I thank Victoria for her strong work ethics. Jeanette as well(her legal assistant) for being there for me and helping me through this process. Very knowledgeable and caring,helpful. Rachel Bushey for getting my residency approved when it was originally denied.
