For over 10 years I have worked with Ken in the Legal Technology and eDiscovery industries. Ken is the lawyer we all talk to in our area to get the correct opinions and interpretations on privacy law rules and regulations. This is includes HIPAA and other US (federal and state) privacy rules as wel l as EU and other countries' rules as well. I have worked for years with experienced eDiscovery attorneys and consultants and over and over again ever after we can come up with what we think is the proper way to handle a privacy law issue, it always seems to get asked "but what does Ken say about this?"

I am eternally grateful to Katie Shipp, Jennifer Freeman and James Marsh of the Marsh Law Firm. Facing pregnancy discrimination during my school residency was the toughest experience in my life. One thing I learned is that If you are experiencing any type of discrimination and retaliation, things don’t get better, they only get worse. Katie, Jennifer and James provided me with great legal advice and with their expertise, I was able to fight back and ultimately complete my residency. Today, 2 years later, I still have nightmares and anxiety over my experience, but I have a good job and am able to provide for my family. I think about Katie, Jennifer and James every single day when I look at my beautiful child and I hope that anyone in my situation is lucky enough to have a dream team like Katie, Jennifer and James by their side. They are my heroes and true victim advocates.
