Absolutely fantastic service. 1. They did not promise anything at the beginning - they just explained, in detail, what are my options. 2. Very friendly and professional. Bob Silverman called me personally and discussed all the details. 3. Knowledgeable and efficient staff - they answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns immediately, without delay. 4. I hired Kimmel & Silverman after dealing with the dealership and a 3rd party which promised me money back after my car was deemed a lemon, but then heyday sent me a bill for over $1100.00. First name that appeared in google search and we’ll deserved was these guys!! They solved my problem in 24 hours and it cost me NOTHING! But got back $6042.87 from my lemon!!!!
