I was very disappointed with Nissan that they didn’t take it upon themselves to address the issues but very impressed by the service your company was able to complete. On my first contact with your firm, was impressive but I was a little discourag ed that it was going to take 90 days. I was happy when we heard back in less than 2 weeks, that it was settled and only the procedural portion left. Thank goodness.
