Last year a random driver tried to kill herself by using her car to intentionally causing a huge car accident. I was in her way and was seriously hurt. I chose Geoffrey Probst to represent me after a accident I experienced on a cruise ship that left me with a broken foot. The cruise company didn’t want to accommodate me in any way what so ever. the rest of the time spent on the cruise I was in a wheelchair with my significant other pushing me around and all our excursions canceled along with the shows and activities on the ship. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Probst. He took over my case on a slip and fall (ankle injury) case against cruise line in which I spent my cruise getting around in a wheel chair while celebrating my 30th wedding anniversary with my husband. My previous attorney dropped my case with litt le notice and not knowing what to do he came to the rescue. He is very professional, caring, answered all my questions, and kept me updated and informed every step of the way.
