Had him for a few months for 2 Workers comp cases .things where going to slow for me so I had to fire him because the time frame did not work for me & I felt my case should have been further along .

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this law firm is. Brian Mittman and Kimberly Del Prado are the best. Brian made me feel so comfortable, less nervous and scared. He was not just an attorney sitting next to me at my hearing; he was caring, understanding and gave me the strength I needed. I couldn’t have made it through the hearing without him. Its a little hard writing this review it has been a difficult journey for me but the Disability Guys came in and literally held my hand from the moment i hired them in 2015 i was introduced to Ms Kimberly Del Prado i can not tell you how helpful this young lady has been to my life and my case i want Mr Mittman and Staff to know how very Thankful i am for Kim there was not 1 time in the last 2 1/2 years that i have been waiting for a my court date that she has been completly professional, sympathetic ,encouraging supportive and HONEST I WOULD RECOMMEND THE DISABILITY GUYS TO ANY AND EVERYONE WHO NEEDS HELP I would be happy to help in any way needed for this company that GAVE ME MY LIFE BACK I want to thank them and say God Bless You All

Mr Mittman is an expert at navigating the too often complicated and confusing waters known as the NYS Worker's Compensation Board system. I was in need of legal representation due to an workplace injury. Not being from New York, I needed help finding someone to protect my interests.
