David Faux walked me through registering my trademark step by step, seamlessly insuring every detail was addressed - the ones I was concerned about and the ones I didn’t realize I should be concerned about. His resourcefulness and professionalism were outstanding. This is your attorney for all thing s trademark/copyright and associated legal needs.

Honestly, I am very grateful to have such an amazing attorney assist me with my trademark brand. I had some issues with intellectual property theft concerns and my trademark name being utilized illegally and David handled the issue with proficiency and diligence. When it comes to my brand and busines s, I often consult with him. I appreciate him and he's the first person I'm calling when something doesn't seem right or I just don't know. Highly recommended!!!

An ex-employee applied to trademark my 25 year old business name and it was granted to her. She had my presence on Facebook expelled and tried to solicit payments under my business name. Texted me on my Birthday that she succeeded and it was going to cost me thousands to get it back. I called Da vid, panicked and scared. BEST CALL I EVER MADE. Calmly and without missing a beat i got instructions on keeping my composure and answer him honestly - he would do the rest. We won, he was savvy, patient, so freaking fair in his working with me on payment, and two most important things he was kind, available and he believed me. I so needed that kind of support. He reassured me without over-promising and kept me from making impulsive mistakes. He breaks all the stereotypes!

Mr. Faux is about his business, period point blank! He tells you what is is or isn't. No maybe. I like the fact the he is right on the job and explains the details. Also, he would give you honest opinions why you shouldn't, before you should. Meaning he just doesn't tell you what sounds good for the monies. I am more the satisfied with his work performance and knowledgeable outlooks.

I retained Attorney Faux as an expert witness in a hotly contested case in which I represented the principal creator of the music and choreography for the Blue Man Group show who was also co-creator of the entire show. David’s testimony was brilliant and his participation was a significant factor in achieving a very successful result.

An excellent real estate and business lawyer. The go-to attorney for any business contract or real estate matter. His expertise extends to tax issues as well. I have engaged his services three times, and each time, he surpassed my expectations.

I was very positively surprised by John Kiritsis and his professionalism. He treated my commercial case very professionally and expeditiously. He is one of these very small number of attorneys left in NYC that does not want your money before the work is done. That was very surprising for me.
- ★★★★★Excellent work by Kiritsis Law Firm

Randall worked on my motion for reinstatement and from start to finish, he was excellent. He was very professional, patient to work me through the process and provided very valuable information, support and direction. Of course, my application for reinstatement was successful too.

I am one of thousands of out-of-state attorneys licensed in New York State who had their license unknowingly suspended en masse by a court order years ago after leaving the state and no longer filing bi-annual registrations. In my case, the NY license was not required in my new state of practice, wh ere I also had obtained a license by passing that state’s bar exam., so my suspension persisted unbeknownst to me. Upon learning of the suspension, which was extremely unsettling to me, the best thing I did was engage Randall Tesser. He has extensive experience in the reinstatement process. Randall clearly outlined an approach and was highly skilled in successfully reinstating my license according to the accelerated timeline he laid out for me. Along the way, I found his counsel, advice and work product to be highly skilled, empathetic, judicious and very responsive. I highly recommend Randall Tesser to anyone finding themselves in a similar situation.

- ★★★★★Phenomenal Advocate

Randy reinstated my NY attorney license and did an incredible job doing so. I was on a compressed timeline and Randy was highly responsive. He came quickly to my location for a deep dive intake interview. He has years of experience in the area, so he was able to give me a nuanced and detailed assessment of my case, comparing it to multiple precedents. He was very reassuring. He then prepared a persuasive affidavit and motions. Because of his thoughtful questions, he had identified numerous facts in my case that he used in support of my reinstatement. I am an attorney myself and I would never have thought of highlighting the points he highlighted. He was a highly effective advocate. He was realistic, commercial and grounded. He also walked me through the process and timeline, and handled all the filings and other paperwork with the courts. He was both comforting and highly expert. My license was reinstated without objection on a faster timeframe than I had expected. I couldn't recommend Randy enough to others. He was amazing.
- ★★★★★Incredible at His Job

I'll admit that I felt a little reluctant to let Randy handle my case. He's very young and I was concerned that a lack of experience would hurt me. I needed a lawyer that could make sure the ethics issues related to my bar admission wouldn't stand in my way. And I thought Randy might not be the perso n to handle it. All of my concerns were unfounded. Randy was the perfect lawyer for me. I have no complaints whatsoever and have nothing but good things to say. I gave a 5 star review, so obviously, he handled the legal aspects appropriately. But more than that, Randy recognized that being a lawyer requires something that doctors would call "bedside manner." Each case may just be a case to a lawyer, but to the client, it's their life. And he made it seem like my case was as important to him as it was to me. I can look back now and admit that there were times I behaved unreasonably or irrationally. This case was a big deal to me, and it elicited big emotions. Randy did an incredible job of making me feel like my response wasn't absurd, while also directing me toward behavior that was more helpful to my situation. I'm a lawyer now, in part, due to Randy Tesser's efforts. And I can tell you that it's rare that a lawyer is so capable of commiserating with his client, while also pushing them appropriately, while also excelling at the law. I highly recommend him.
